The Debt Advice Network has an IT facility for use by the members of the Ellesmere Port community free of charge. We will accept anyone with a genuine reason for wanting to learn the basic skills needed to operate a computer and to get on line.

 

We offer:

• Access to one of 10 terminals - between the hours of 10am to 3pm

• Supervised sessions – one to one coaching and guidance for people who request it

• Unlimited free use of the internet (conditional security will apply!)

As a UK Online Centre IT’s Easy! staff are here to help individuals access internet courses through Learn My Way, while supporting you with advice on some of the basics.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Learn My Way Online Basics is a short package of courses that will help you get to grips with using computers and the internet. It covers:

·         How to use a keyboard and mouse

·         How to search and explore the internet

·         How to keep in touch with email

·         How to stay safe online
